What began as two friends with a passion for fishing grew into a family of seafood restaurants across Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and La Quinta. We knew fresh seafood in the desert sounded unlikely, but we made it possible by sourcing it ourselves and delivering it daily in our own trucks. It’s that hands-on dedication that started it all and keeps us going strong.
